Get the big picture, right down to the property line level.

With Barclay maps, you can find the answers to questions like:

  • What schools will my children attend if I buy a house in this area?
  • How far are the fire and police stations from my house?
  • Where are local shopping areas?
  • What MLS zones should I be looking in to find a house along this ridgeline?
  • What ZIP codes cover my city?
  • How close to my house are potential flood zones?
  • How far away is the nearest earthquake fault?
  • How do my neighbors’ property lines adjoin my property?
  • Where exactly is the border between my city and the next one?
  • What’s the layout of the links on the nearby golf course?
  • Is my house in Santa Clara in a landslide zone?
Much more than an explanation of getting from A to B, Barclay maps allow you to understand your local geography, your place in the region, with a visual clarity that is both informative and entertaining.

Product Comparison Chart

Our detailed Product Comparison Chart gives an in-depth overview of the special features displayed by our Folding/Wall maps and LoCaides. Find out if your local map has school district, MLS, or ZIP code boundaries!

Folding Maps

Our folding city maps show property boundary lines throughout, with building footprints, civic buildings, and emergency stations highlighted. Recreation areas such as parks, fairgrounds, and golf courses—complete with link layouts—are well depicted. Schools, zip codes and MLS areas are noted. Roads and streets show full-width right-of-ways; freeways show exits, entrances, and overpasses. All of this detail is clearly presented in full color with attention to informative design techniques.

Community Community Parcel Map Coverage (PDF)

We also offer folding maps of larger areas for easy display of MLS zones and county school districts. Beyond a single county, we publish larger-scale maps to show bicycle routes or regional shopping centers. We have a Bay and Valley map extending from the San Francisco coastline in to the central valley. All such maps feature major streets as a single line; only Solano County shows parcels and street right of ways.

Wall Maps

Many of our folding maps are available in unfolded, heavy stock for wall mounting. Get it up where everyone can see it! These are great for meetings and casual viewing. Depending on your areas of greatest interest, you may wish to order two to display the full coverage area, as they are printed both back and front.

LoCaides

Features

The essential realtor’s resource, Barclay LoCaides are fully-detailed atlases in book form. Many Peninsula realtors reference Barclay LoCaide page numbers on their property listings. For quick look-up, LoCaides include a page-index overview and adjacent-area page numbers on all sides. Significant boundary lines are displayed on a large scale in the front pages as well as in detailed scale on each parcel-level page.

All LoCaides show hazard areas, including earthquake faults, fill and liquefaction zones, and FEMA flood zones. In addition to parcel boundaries and right-of-ways, LoCaides display ZIP code areas, Multiple Listing Service (MLS) boundaries, school district lines, parks, recreation areas, and golf courses including link layouts. Emergency service locations such as hospitals and fire and police stations are also noted. Some LoCaides include SRA zones for fire department responses.

San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz LoCaides are spiral bound. Santa Clara LoCaides are also available in 3-ring binder format.
